Inspired by some of Allison's students who leaned in one direction and their spouses in the other, she thought the "Head to Head" hat might be a fine idea for these couples to wear the hats to let the world know just where each of them stand! Techniques used: Fair Isle, duplicate stitch. Finished circumference: 19" women's, 21 1/2" men's. Uses 16" circular and double pointed needles, size US 8, 110 (130) yds main color, 50 yds each contrasting color in a worsted weight yarn and 5 sts/in.
Of course they are red, white and blue! She knit them up in Berroco Pure Merino.
